Research

My work is in mathematical analysis and its applications. Research areas include:

• Inverse problems for elliptic equations (applications in medical imaging)
• Inverse problems for hyperbolic equations (applications in seismic imaging)
• Geometric invariants in pattern recognition (applications in computer vision)

Our research group is part of the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Inverse Problems Research.
